How do you manage old Calendar data?

I started using Outlook with Pocket PC. I'm wondering how to deal with all
the old data? Are the calendar entries there forever?

1) Can I export the calendar data to a file so I have a record of
everything I did in the past?
2) Can I archive the previous years and save it as a separate file and
Outlook would clean up the calendar to save space but be able to import
them back if I need to read them?
3) How do I clean up all the old entries without going thru all the
calendar entries?

No. They're kept about a year back.

Everything still in the Calendar, certainly.

If you try to import Calendar items that are older than Outlook is tracking,
I doubt they'll import.

calendar entries?

Why worry about it. They'll go away on their own.
