How do you manage junk email?

I just upgraded to Oulook 2003. Oftentimes when I check messages, I get a
dialog box that says that some messages were deemed to be junk email, and
were moved to the junk email folder. Yet when I check the folder to see what
the mail was, there's nothing in there. I don't get it.

On your Actions menu, click on Junk Email -> Junk Email Options. Also, in
the Junk Email folder, make sure that your view shows all messages.

Thanks, did that but it's still showing empty. Do you have any other
suggestions?
You didn't accidentally check the setting to automatically delete Junk
Email, did you?
