how do you make access an executable program

I have access 2000 and I want to make an application executable so users that
do not have a license for access 2000 can use this execuatble version of the
app.

Can I make an exe.? If so can I do it with regular access 2000 and not
developers edition?

Tony's web page that you posted is not regarding an "executable" file.

You must have the Developer's Edition of Office in order to make a runtime
version of your ACCESS database that can be used by people who don't have
ACCESS software installed on their PC.
