How do you log on to Microsoft Exchange?

When I go to WORDS>tools>letters & mailings>envelopes and labels>address book, I receive Unspecified Error: To access Address Book you must log on to Microsoft Exchange first. How do you do this? Thank you...

I suspect it's telling you a) that the address book you're trying to use is
connected to the Exchange Server; b) that Outlook must be running, and
connected to the Exchange Server; and/or c) your computer is not connected
to the network where the server "lives" and needs to be.
