How do you get excel to automatically update Word?

Using Office 2003, how do we change something in excel and it wil
automatically change something in Word, ie how do you reference a
excel cell within Word
 
This depends a bit on where you will be making changes and what you wan
to change, but the easiest way is to link cell contents o
charts/objects from excel into a word document.

As an example - copy the contents of a cell or range of cells in excel
or a chart. In Word, select Edit, Paste Special, Paste Link.

The contents of the clipbouard should be copied into Word, and an
changes you make in the excel workbook should be reflected in the lin
in word
