how do you get a blank business card template?

I got the normal blank word document once with the business card template
lines. I cant remember how I did it. Any info. would be awesome thank you.
 
Tools - Letters and Mailings - Envelopes and Labels - Labels tab, set the
Label to one of the business card types (e.g., Avery 3612); choose New
Document, and Bob's your uncle...
 
In addition to what Herb has said, table gridlines must be displayed (Table
| Show Gridlines) in order to see the card boundaries.
