How do you fade narration out?

I am making a PowerPoint presentation and want my music and voice narration
to fade out. Is there a way to do that?

In short, you don't. Well, at least you don't from within PowerPoint.

The best solution is to export the sound to a sound editing program. Edit
the sound to your needs. Reinsert the sound into the presentation.
