Generally you just 'attach' them to the email using your email software.
If they are too big (for email), then you need to use one of the free
'sending large files' sites.
eg. yousendit.com or sendthisfile.com
I consider anything over 2mb (mega bytes) in size is probably too big to
email and have a good chance of getting there

Hi Latara,
Go to where you saved the "power point", right click it and in the drop-down
menu click SEND TO and then click MAIL RECIPIENT.
