How do you do e-mail showing undisclosed-recipients?

if I send a e-mail to a group when i put the group names one of my group
people said that they do not get the 'undisclosed-recipient' in the To: field
they see their name why?
When I sent them the e-mail here is how it looked:
To:
Cc:
Bcc: (e-mail address removed);[email protected]

When Fred received it was:
From: (e-mail address removed)
To: (e-mail address removed)

This appears normal to me. What the recipient sees in the To field, if
anything, is up to the recipient's mail client. If you want to force
something, you can create a contact whose Display As field is
"undisclosed-recipients" and give it your own mail address. Put that
contact in the To field.
