Type in Start Run (this is one line - cut and paste it don't type it)

reg delete "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\VolumeCaches\Compress old files"

To undo, type in Start Run
regsvr32 dataclen

Each user's TIF are stored in only one location, which you can find through
Control Panel:

Internet Options > General tab > Temporary Internet Files : Settings button.

(If you changed the location of TIF for a user, there may be leftover TIF in
the old location.)

Tip: You can - and should - adjust the amount of space allocated for TIF,
unless you are on a slow dialup connection.
