how do you delete previously used search words?

When you start a new search using the same letter prefixs
to certain words (you know, when the little dog pops up
and asks what you're looking for?) which then queries up
and DISPLAYS previous "search" words used from past
searches (in the pop-up box), I find that my children or
others have searched for sexual content in the past.

How do you delete those previously used search words?

Do you think that by deleting them you will have deleted the knowledge of
your children having visited those places?

Sounds to me like you are the child, and that you are trying to delete them
so that Dad/Mom will not know that you were there! (-:
