I have an incorrect email address that keeps automatically filling in but is
an incorrect address. I want to avoid accidently using that address. Is
there a way to delete this address? It is not an address that I have in my
contacts so I am not sure why it keeps popping up.

This list is stored in the settings sub key of the Word data key in the
registry. You can only reset it by deleting or renaming that subkey, which
will reset a load of settings to defaults.
http://www.gmayor.com/my_toolbars_are_missing.htm will help you locate the
key.

Start a message and type the first letter or a few in the address box.
Press the cursor down to get down to the one listed that you want to delete.
Press the delete key.
Repeat for as many as you need to clean out.

You can also list the file that stores them from a command window, but you
can't edit it with and normal editors:
dir "%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.nk*"
Identify by date the file you're usiing and rename it's extension to remove
ALL automatic addresses. Outlook will kindly remake the file for you. Of
course you could also paste the following line in the Windows Explorer
address bar and work from there, but be carefull not to delete the wrong
files:
%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
