How do you create crosstab query reports that can be modified.

I have a database that I didn't create and there are crosstab queries that
generate excel looking outputs. I have to print the screen/page to get
output. I can't find a way to have these outputs generate on a report so I
can put a date range on the report. Can anyone help me PLEASE.

You didn't say whether the date intervals where for criteria, column
headings, or row headings. If criteria, you need to specify the data types
of all parameters.
