How do you copy the EMAIL address from a field in Outlook 2007

It seem such a bizarre omission from outlook 2007.

When you right click on the name in a to/from/cc etc. field and select copy,
Then paste into an email or another app it only pastes the name not the email
address.

I know there is not always a one to one relationship between the name and
its addresses.

But surely there is some way to do this - (without messing around in
contacts lists etc.)

Right click it and choose Outlook Properties.
If the contact is in your Contacts folder it will open the contact. If it is
not, it will open a separate Properties dialog with the info.
