How do you convert Outlook 2007 files Back to Outlook 2002 files?

I am unhappy with Outlook 2007 and would like to go back to my 2002 version
of Outlook. After reading most of the posts, I haven't found a step-by-step
method to solve my problem. I have tried making a New data file >File,
New,Outlook Data File,Outlook 97,-2002 Personal file (PST). This does not
create any of the files I have been using in Outlook 2007.. I have tried to
make a backup file with the downloaded file backup utility, but it only makes
a copy of the current files I am using and does not convert it to usuable
2002 format files.
Does anyone know a step-by-step method to convert My 2007 outlook back to
2002 outlook Files????

After looking into your suggestion, I have discovered that all I need to do
have my contacts converted to the 2002 format. However, I have not been able
to dertimine the name of this file as of yet.

How do you make the Contact list available in outlook 2002 format.

Same method as for mails since contacts are kept in the same pst-file.
