How do you change the default Label?

Hi all, I'm on Outlook 2004. I am trying to change the default label
from "NONE" to the red one which is "IMPORTANT", which I actually
edited and changed to my name "CARLOS". I want everything I put on my
calendar to default to the red Carlos label. I changed some other
label colors to some of my employees and when something belongs to
them, I will make it their color. I am trying to color code Outlook,
and it's looking great. But I can't seem to change the default label
of the white "NONE" to the RED one. Is there any way to do that?
Basically, what I want is that when you open an appointment, by
default, the label it is set to the red one.

You could do this by creating a custom appointment form, publishing it, and
making it the default for the Calendar folder.
