how do you better manage multiple email accounts?

I currently have three email accounts setup in Outlook. I also have three
directories with one for each email accouont. I was hoping there is a way
to have it set up with Outlook so that new mail is sorted into the correct
directories and outgoing mail is in the sent folder of each of those
directories. I would imagine is something you can setup since it has the
ability to create multiple directories, each with its' own Inbox, Sent,
Delete, etc.

You need to investigate the 'Rules Wizard' in the tools menu in Outlook,
using this you can setup 'routines' that sort both received and sent e-mails
in exactly the manner you want.

You may also want to have a look at SendAccount 4Outlook.

A common problem with using multiple accounts is accidentally sending out an
e-mail using the wrong account. Send Account lets you set a preferred
account for each person you write to.

It warns if you if you try and send an e-mail using the wrong account.
