All,

Is there a way to add user defined task fields to the Tasks Status Reports?

Thanks

I thought there was a way . . . Are you meaning aside from the actual task
template, you want to change the layout of the task status?

In our office, we have customized the task template to meet our needs. We've
gone crazy with user-defined fields.

I would be interested in knowing if there really wasn't a way to update the
"task status" template.

As well, is there a way to customize the print-out of the task? When we
print the task (the customized task), it prints real funky and is
unattractive. Being able to edit the print template would be helpful.

The status report that goes back to the person who assigned the task is
generated internally by Outlook and includes only built-in fields.

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm for various solutions to
Outlook forms printing. The Word template technique is the most flexible and
highly recommended.
