How do you add the company name on the side of a pleading?

I'm trying to figure out how to add the company name on the side of the
pleading next to the numbers. Can anyone help? Also, how can I change the
font size of the numbers it appears in 9 but I would like a 10 or 12 font.

Anchor a text box (or frame) to the header paragraph. See

To change the size of line numbers, modify the Line Number character style.
Note that if this is manual numbering, typed in a text box (or frame), you
may have to select and format them manually. Double-click the header to get
access to the text box in question.
