How do you add "Rev." as a new category in the Title of contacts?

Like Russ said. And to be pedantic, it should be "The Rev.", not just
"Rev.", the same as a judge's honorific is "The Honorable" or "The Hon.".
 
....and also be followed by title, not a name, as in "The Rev. Mrs..."
