How do you add pictures to the revolving screen saver?

I can only add a permanent screen saver photo, not to a
revolving screen saver.

If one has to purchase software for this, WHAT ARE THE
NAMES OF GOOD ONES?

I use GPhotoshow... Simply install and identify the folders your pictures
are stored in and it automatically rotates them.
