How do we automatically forward bcc'd messages

We have a member of staff who has gone on maternity leave so we need to be
able to redirect all incoming email messages to another member of staff,
including those in which she was bcc'd. We only seem to be able to redirect
those sent directly to her or cc'd to her.

Can anyone help?
 
Create your forwarding or redirect rule with no conditions.
