How do U edit/delete message rules?

Thanks for such a fast reply.
Sucks that we can't just eliminate one rule without wrecking absolutely
everything.

Tools | Message Rules
Select the rule and click Modify or Remove.
 
this may sound silly. I'm trying 2 post a new question. I click new-
question. nothing happens. I see the "question" block it appears to be grayed
out. A subject block does not appear for me to post a question
 
I have about 600 rules for blocking spam. I mistakenly blocked a sender that
I need. Only one. Can I view the list of rules and change 1. If so can i
search for that 1 or do i have to go thru 600
 
Blocked Senders are different from Rules.

The Blocked sender list is at
Tools - Junk E-mail options - Blocked senders

Rules are accessed by going to
Tools - Message Rules - Mail (or) News

I don't know of any way to search them, but if you hit the first letter of
the address, it will jump to the first one starting with that letter.

Turn off all popup blockers.

it isn't silly ... i wanted to post a question and nothing happens, either.
i am getting very frustrated. i can't even see a 'question' block. so, i am
doing a reply to see if i can find out how to do things. note to anyone who
wants to assist me ... i need step-by-step directions. i am limited in doing
things on-line.

What program are you in when you have this problem?
 
I assume you are using the Vista Community website...
In the header above the list of messages, there is a box that contains
"-Select new post-"
click the down arrow, and select "question"
 
A bit off this question I think. I do not know how to delete a message in
email without it opening no matter how fast I do it! I received a warning
about a new "worm" coming in by email. I want to delete it without it
opening first, can someone help me? Thanks, PatriciaMae

View menu>Layout>disable preview pane>apply>ok
