I have a Cannon F60 multi printer. It works great from
the desktop but, when I login to the internet I am unable
to print any document. I get a message "unable to
communicate with the device, please start "MPservice"
from service applet in the control panel"

Are my setting wrong somewhere?

Can anyone tell me why it will print from the desktop and
not from the internet. What's the difference?

Please help

The MPservice needs to be running for this type of printer
to work.

If connecting to the internet stops this service, then it
is poorly written, I know it is.

There a special instructions for XP
See if there is an updated driver on the canon website.

Thanks, Lada for your response. I'll be looking for an
updated updated driver from Cannon.
