How do iget threads Ive read to change color?

When I read messages on bulletin boards the ones I have read no longer change to a different color. This makes it very hard to tell which ones I have read and which ones I have not, especially if many messages have the same subject. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Now a Windows XP function/problem. What newsreader are you using -OE?
There are other forums for this.

Also try Help options in the progarm (whatever it is), and try an
appropriate web site (e.g. Microsoft Support/Knowledge Base)
