How do I change the default program that opens scanned pictures? ArcSoft is
used for editing, but when I open the attachment (paper clip) Dell Picture
Studio opens it?

Open the program that you want to use for your default
viewer and somewhere in it's "option's or tool's" menu
there should be a selection for "make this your default
viewer".

To restore windows Picture and Fax viewer as the default program copy
and paste the following line into a run prompt (Start > Run)
rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1

Supposing C is the drive where Windows is installed, if not, change
accordingly.
