How do I word my commands in expression builder?

I am in the process of creating a document based on fields in a table,
unfortunately the fields have some duplicating values and I cannot filter
what I need due to the way the table that I am pulling from is inaccurate.
 
Sorry, you're going to have to give more information than that.

Can you give an example of what's wrong?

Then fix the error in the query.

structure of your table and the SQL view of your query.
