By far your biggest mistake and your biggest problem, is having windows
without a cd. I'm not talking about legalitles.. But it's common to
have problems in windows and you have to reinstall or repair - you do
that from the cd.. Or as you see, you need to install new windows
components from the cd.
I once decided never ever to run any operating system if I didn't have
the CD for it handy.
That is a far bigger problem that not havign access to the clipboard.
And coincidentally, if you have win xp installed properly, selecting
the components you need, then you will have the clipboard viewer. By
the way, clipboard viewer is so useless it doesn't even appear in the
start menu.
You want to view what is in the clipboard, paste it in paintbrush or ms
word or notepad. Depending on what it is - text or picture.
clipboard viewer, i don't think people really have much use for..
