How do i view my email in outlook 2003 in html

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this, i am trying
to view some emails that have HTML in them such as pictures and all it shows
is boxes with little red x's in them. and i was wondering how to view email
in HTML view so to speak. Any help will be greatly apperciated! Thanks
 
is it all mail or just some? did you right click on a picture place holder
to show images? red x's usually mean outlook can't find the pictures - were
they attached to the message or are they on a web server?
