how do i view html source for email in outlook

In previous versions of Outlook, I could right-click on a message, select
View Source, and voila, it would actually show me the html source code.

In Outlook 2003, the option to View Source is still there, but when I try
it, nothing happens.

Any thoughts?

Sounds to me it's the old Internet Explorer bug. Please purge Internet
Explorer cache, and you should be able to view the HTML source again.
