How do I view a text source code as a web page in Word?

I viewed the source code from one of my web pages then saved it as a text
file. I then opened it in Word and attempted to view it as a Web Page so I
could make some changes. I have done this in the past but forgot how to do
it. I am trying to edit web page. How can I do this?

Hi =?Utf-8?B?amltMTc4MzUzMQ==?=,

It would help if you'd mentioned HOW you'd viewed the source code. But based
on what you say, and if I interpret it literally, then perhaps you saved as a
*.txt instead of a *.htm file?

If that's not it, what are you getting when you open it in Word?
