database application that is part of Office Professional.
Your post does not seem to be related to Access, nor to forms.
Please post to a more appropriate newsgroup. You say you are having trouble
"sending pictures online", then you say "using microsoft office". How are
you using office to send pictures online? Are you trying to send them in
an EMAIL? If so, you might post in an "Outlook" newsgroup. I think there
is one dedicated to attachments or photos in emails.
