How do I use my WP8 address book in Word?

I have years of addresses in WP for my business, how can I use these in Word
or export them to Word?
 
You'll need to find someone who knows about WP for how to export from there.
The Address book can import from many formats. For other formats you can
usually convert by importing into Excel or similar first, then save from
there into a format the address book can use.
