How do I use International Phoneic Alphabet symbols in Word 2003?

I teach pronunciation to second language learners. I'm developing a handout
on the IPA and want to insert the cooresponding sybols for each
consonant/vowel (eg: -TH- as in there). I want to use the symbols feature but
can't find all the cooresponding symbols. Any ideas?

See the IPA Extensions character subset of the Arial Unicode MS font, or get
free IPA fonts here: http://www.sil.org/computing/fonts/Encore-ipa.html
