How do I use a pop up in Word to explain how to complete a form?

I have a checklist I've created that needs to be completed by others. I
would like to use some sort of pop up function that tells the user or
explains to the user what certain cells within the checklist mean or how to
complete them. Is there a function in Word that can perform this way?
