How do I upgrade to Outlook 2003 from 2002?

I have Windows XP with Outlook 2002 on it. I have just bought Microsoft
Office Small Business Edition 2003 with Business Contact Manager. I'd like to
know how to load 2003 without losing my e-mails and contacts. If I just
install it will everything just roll into 2003? Do I need to delete or
uninstall the 2002 version? Please help! I am not super computer savvy.
