how do I update network drivers

Sorry, ignore that last post. My PC (which is locking up left right and
centre) decided to send it before I'd finished. Anyway, I'll start again...

According to my Control Panel I am running an "Intel(R)
Pro/100 VE Network Connection". I've been advised to update my network
drivers. How do I do this? I have XP Pro. I found this site with the
following links:

http://www.network-drivers.com/drivers/125/125955.htm
http://www.network-drivers.com/drivers/162/162550.htm
http://www.network-drivers.com/drivers/179/179050.htm

Are any of these the one to go for? I also looked on the Intel.com site and
got hopelessly lost. Please can someone help me - I don't wanna screw this
PC up completely ...

cheers

does no one know how to update network drivers? :(

hi dustie,

go to http://www.intel.com/ look for the support and update of devicedrivers
and download for your nic (Intel(R) Pro/100 VE Network Connection) your
actual device drivers.

perhaps you find there your informations you need - by if you have your
files you can update your devicedrivers with the device manager at the tab
for your nic at the advancd properties...

perhaps my hints will help you

kind regards

Dirk
