how do I unlock a word document

Please advise me how I unlock a word document when it say's modification is
not allowed because the document is locked?

Sorry, I don't know what interface you used to get here in the first place.

There should be a list box or pull-down list, or something like that that
says "Access". If you look there, you should get other choices, one (or
more) of which should be related to Word.
