I noticed that my PC has 2 of the same network device
installed on the Device manager.
My network card is integrated with the motherboard so I
cannot phisically remove it.
I tried to unistall the duplicated device, but windows xp
does not let me do it. It says the device is used to
boot the computer. I tried unistalling both devices, but
it only unistalls one, and the one that is hidden, remains.
Haow can I uninstall this duplicated device?

Go into BIOS on your mother board and check to see if there is an onboard
net card (NIC) with boot to Lan option or similar. If so disable either the
boot to Lan option or the NIC if you dont need it.
