When I was using Access 97, I was able to open a wizard that would write code
for me. I have moved to Access 2003 and can not find it.

Hi,
The reply I received worked for me. Once you are in the design mode, open
the toolbox (View/Toolbox). Click on the second button which turns on the
wizards, then add a Combo Box, List Box, or Command Button to the form you
are designing and the wizard will open letting you pick options of what you
want to do. The code it writes can be combined or put in any of the event
proceedures you want, sometimes with slight modifications.
