How do I turn off Warning Messages in Outlook?

I am running a Macro in Access that automatically sends a Report to a given
set of users. Everytime the Macro runs I get a warning message from Outlook
that says "A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf.
Do you want to allow this?" at which point I have to select Yes or No. How
do I turn this warning message off so the macro will run by itself without me
having to select an answer? I've already set the warnings to 'No' in my
Access Macro.
