How do I turn off autotext in Outlook?

When in Outlook and when I am either replying or forwarding an email, when I
use the space bar or return key I get some autotext that I do not want. Do
not know what I did to turn this feature on, but now I want it off. NEED
HELP NOW!!!

What AutoText do you get? What version of Outlook are you using and are you
using Word or Outlook as the e-mail editor?
