How do I troubleshoot a restriction on hyperlink connectability f.

When I click on a hyperlink to an internet site that is contained in an email
on Outlook I get the following message: " This operation has been cancelled
due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."

I don't know where to go or look to change some type of setting that has
somehow changed. I previously had no porblem with links in emails.

Any suggestions??

Try this: In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
