I am in the process of changing sales divisions and want to transfer all
messages in certain folders to the new guy. Without having to go into each
folder and forward each message, is there a way to forward the entire
contents of a folder to another outlook user?

Hi.

The easiest and quickest way would be to create a new pst (Personal Folder)
in a shared location on your network and move the messages into that pst
folder.

To create a new pst:
Open Outlook.
Goto Tools\Options
Select the Mail Setup tab.
Click on Data Files
Click Add
Click OK
Choose the location to save the file, and give it a name.
in the Create Microsoft Personal Folders window, give the file a name easily
recognized when you are in Outlook.
Click OK, Close, OK.
Move your messages into the new pst.
Once complete, go back to Tools\Options\Mail Setup\Data Files and select
Remove.
Remove the pst you had created for the message transfer.
Close Outlook.
Goto the new user's Outlook and repeat the steps to add a pst.

Hope that helps.
