How do I transfer Word 2007 from one computer to my new computer?

I paid and downloaded Word 2007 from Microsoft about a year ago. We recently
purchased a new computer and I'm now needing to transfer Word from our older
computer to our new one. Can someone let me know how to do so?

Uninstall it from your old pc. Install it from your disks on the new pc.

You are going to have to download it again onto the new system if you didn't
get the back up disk.
 
Download it again and use the key you purchased to install it. You may need
to activate by telephone.
