How do I transfer my contacts from my office pc to my home pc?

How do I transfer my contacts from my office pc to my home pc?
At my office we use office xp 2003 and I use the same at home, but sometime
when I'm working from home I need address or phone numbers from system at the
office.
Can I download this on a disk so how.

Are your Contacts at work stored in a local Outlook Data file or an Exchange
mailbox?
Copy your work Contacts into an Outlook Data File (PST file). Close Outlook.
Copy the file and open it in the other installation.
