how do I transfer email files to a new computer

I have a new computer and want to transfer all of my outlook and outlook
express email and files over. How do I do that? Thanks.

Assuming your new computer has Windows XP Home or Professional, read up on
using the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard. A not very techical guide is
