I am trying to create a template that is going to be used for account access.
i would like the user to be able to click once on a checkbox and have an 'X"
appear (for normal priority or URGENT priority). My users are not going to
be able to right-click on the checkbox and select mark checked. They need
something very simple. Does anyone know how I would go about this? I would
like them to be able to tab through the fields if at all possible. I
currently have the priority listings in a table but can easily take them out
if need be. I am open to any suggestions here. Thank You for any ideas you
may be able to give me... David Nelson (gunnerdx at hotmail dot com)

You can create a template in word which ends in a .dot extension. Using the
Forms toolbar add the tick box to your form etc. Once you have designed your
form press the icon with the lock this protects the form. People who
complete the form will only be able to move through the form using the tab
key and enter data where you have added the text form field.

Take a look at the way that it is done with the Fax templates that come with
Word.
