I have outlook 2003 on my notebook and our office uses outlook 2003 web
access for our email account. how do I synchronize the calendar and contacts
between these two products?

If you connect to the same mailbox, no synchronizing is required because
you're referening the exact same folders. Please state why you think you
need synchronizing.
 
Brian, We have Microsoft exchange 2003 at our office and therefor, are able
to access it via the web access mode. I do a lot of off site work on my
laptop, sometimes creating new contact records or emails. I would like to
have access to the same contacts and emails that I have sent if I access the
my mail account via the web access mode. What I see on my notebook version
of the software is two separate calendars. One is the web access version and
the other is the calendar on my notebook. I would like these to be
synchronized and contain the same data, at least for the calendar and
contacts records. Thank for your response.

If you need to connect the the Exchange server with Outlook from the laptop
instead of using Outlook Web Access, you'll need a solution like a VPN or
RPC over HTTP. The Exchange and network admins at your work should be able
to help with that.

Beats me. I don't know the capabilities of whatever software you use to
sync your Palm.
