How do I synchronize categories between Palm pilot and Outlook?

I have a handheld Palm pilot. I have the same category listed on the palm
and on my computer in Outlook. When I add a contact to the category on the
Palm Pilot it does not enter the same category in Outlook when I do a
Hotsync. Instead, the contact merely is stored in Outlook in alphabetical
order and NOT in the appropriate category. What do I have to do to have the
contact get stored in the appropriate category in Outlook When I do a Hotsync?

Perhaps your version of Hotsync doesn't deal with categories. Ask the
Hotsync vendors.
